Company Description:
AIP Studioworks is a full service marketing and visualization studio. For the last two and a half decades, we've collaborated with architecture firms, real estate developers, planning authorities and landscape designers to produce high-end visualization for marketing and presentation purposes. We work on perspective renderings and CG animations, as well as build websites, and VR/AR apps.
We are excited to be on the hunt for a Project Manager to join our team!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Liaise with clients to receive information and ensure proper project execution
Monitor and review progress of on-going projects to ensure deadlines are met
Work closely with the production team to bring the client's vision to life
Provide art direction/design guidance to the production team when needed
Responsible for workflow/timeline scheduling, project budget management and other administrative tasks
Abilities, Skills & Knowledge:
Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or other 3D related fields is preferred
Required languages: English and Mandarin – both written and spoken
Proficiency with 2D (AutoCAD, Photoshop) and 3D software (3D Max/Sketchup/Rhino, Vray/Corona/UE4) – 3D production is not required for this role, but a good understanding of the software is essential
Understand the 3D production pipeline
Familiar with architectural drawings
A good understanding of photography, image composition, rendering and design (e.g. lighting, proportion, materials, textures, details, furniture, etc.)
A good eye for aesthetics and details
Possess good interpersonal, communication and time management skills
Applicants with one to two years of project management experience preferred, but graduates who are eager to learn are welcome to apply as well
