Join AgileAsia as a Business Development Manager to drive sales of impactful corporate and certification training courses, engaging HR representatives and promoting government-funded learning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote AgileAsia’s corporate and certification training courses to HR training representatives
- Build and maintain client relationships to assess training needs and recommend suitable government-funded study options
- Communicate the value and impact of AgileAsia’s courses to support clients’ business success and transformation goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and high client satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Track sales performance metrics and report progress to support organizational growth and personal career advancement
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum three years of relevant experience in corporate sales or business development, preferably involving government-funded courses
- Demonstrate sales orientation and self-motivation to achieve targets
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to engage diverse stakeholders
- Maintain a lively, energetic, and dynamic approach with a friendly disposition
- Display a dependable team player attitude and positive work ethic
- Possess relevant IT knowledge as an added advantage
