Merchandising and Market Research

• Devise and implement sales and merchandising plans and strategies to achieve sales, stock and profit targets of the department.

Business / Sales and Cost Management

• Management of day-to-day business plans and sales operations of department.
• Effective management / control of operating expenses (including manpower expenses).
• Support sales floor operations (during operation hours) and to lead and motivate staff and promoters to carry out their duties effectively and efficiently in order to achieve sales, profits and stock targets.
• Prepare and analyze sales / profits / stock reports; prepare budget reports and any other records required by the company.

Advertising and Promotions Events / Merchandise Presentation

• Prepare and execute advertising and promotion plans, budget and schedules based on sales plan.
• Enhance merchandise presentations (display).
• Embrace digital marketing for better customer engagement and business growth for physical store and online store.

Staff Management & Customer Service

• Prepare and execute manpower plans; to check and approve department’s monthly staff roster; to ensure optimal management of manpower strength/effective manpower planning.
• Conduct On-The-Job training - ensure that all staff and promoters provide the highest level of service to customers; adhere to company policies, rules and regulations; behave according to business etiquette and standards set by the company; are properly dressed and groomed.

The Leasing Manager leads the mall’s leasing function and a team of leasing executives to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. This role oversees the full leasing cycle—

from strategy development and tenant acquisition to lease execution—while ensuring a

strong tenant mix and positive mall positioning. The Leasing Manager collaborates

closely with internal stakeholders and maintains strong relationships with tenants,

agents, and retail partners.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Sales Planning & Performance Management

• Analyse overall and departmental sales performance to identify key trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and rolling projections, ensuring timely reviews and adjustments.
• Track performance against targets and recommend corrective actions to stay aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and initiatives, providing actionable recommendations to improve results.

2. Business Planning & Strategic Support

• Support the development and execution of business plans aligned with organisational goals.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
• Deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to enhance revenue and operational performance.

3. Project Planning & Cross-functional Coordination

• Plan and manage cross-functional projects such as store upgrades, system enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor timelines, track progress, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful delivery.

4. Management Reporting & Communication

• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
• Support the communication and rollout of management directives across departments.
• Ensure clear alignment and effective information flow across all stakeholders.

• Plan and develop digital PR kit (disseminate to available digital platform) PR/Media strategy based on strategy planning from the Promotion Team
• Create a PR/Media plan to achieve Store campaign objectives within the allocated budget
• Creating or recommending best digital media strategies to attract and retain customers/audience at company best interest, profit & budget
• Working closely with the Promotion Team to understand their needs, wants and objectives, then determine which media channels fit best for specific promotion PR campaigns
• Organise & send, prepare media kit, goodie bags, invitation list, KOL/bloggers search for PR campaign
• Manage Tourist promotions, tie up with hotel, tourist attractions, Changi recommends, etc.
• Ensure all media campaigns are executed in a timely manner
• Prepare and present reports on events, campaigns and online sale event
• Analyzing data, thinking creatively and designing innovative strategies to make sure promotion campaigns reach their target audience in the most effective way possible
• Assessing the impact, suitability and competitive analysis of different media types used to target certain markets based on Promotions' team objectives
