A Property Officer or Property Executive supports the Property Manager/Condo Manager in the day-to-day management and operations of residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of the property.
- Conduct routine inspections of common areas, facilities, and equipment.
- Attend to residents' feedback, complaints, and service requests.
- Coordinate maintenance, repair, and improvement works with contractors and service providers.
- Monitor the performance of security, cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance contractors.
- Process renovation applications, work permits, and access arrangements.
- Prepare purchase orders (POs), quotations, service requests, and work orders.
- Verify invoices and support budget tracking and expenditure monitoring.
- Assist in organizing Council Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs).
- Prepare notices, circulars, reports, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain records of contracts, warranties, licenses, and statutory inspection reports.
- Ensure compliance with MCST by-laws, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Follow up on defects, maintenance issues, and residents' enquiries until closure.
- Support emergency response and after-office-hours incidents when required.
