As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Obedience to restaurant rules and disciplines.
2. Effective management of the production department, including labor allocation and supervision of subordinates.
3. Main chef to cook Vietnamese Banh Mi, Pho (Vietnam Noodle) and other dishes.
4. Familiarity and mastery of all supplies, as well as procurement planning and inventory management.
5. Control over food costs and responsible use of raw materials to minimize waste.
6. Maintenance of high food quality standards, regular checks on specifications, timely supply, and organized workflow to meet urgent customer needs.
7. Training and development of chefs to preserve Vietnam dish characteristics and flavors, increasing menu variety and creativity.
8. Promotion of clean working conditions, personal hygiene, and living appearance among kitchen staff.
9. Collaboration between front and rear fields, open-minded feedback from guests.

Required:

1. Understand/knowledge about Vietnamese Cuisine, especially Banh Mi, Pho & Healthy rolls.

2. Passionate about cooking.

The Contractor shall be responsible for sizing and designing all electrical equipment in accordance with local regulations, standards and codes of practice. The design shall adhere to good engineering practice and this Specification. The Contractor’s detailed design shall be submitted to the S.O. for approval.

The submissions by the Contractor in accordance with the Specifications shall include but not be limited to the following:

Electrical network single-line diagrams with details of circuit breakers, busbars, sizing of cables, busways, transformers, protection devices, measurement, and interlocks;

Single line diagrams, detailed control circuit schematic, wiring and termination diagrams for high voltage switchgear, transformers, diesel generators, low voltage switchgear, motor control centres, distribution boards, lighting systems, lighting distribution boards and other equipment packages

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement appropriate safety measurements in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act
• Enforce all safety requirements and company safety rules and regulations
• Maintain and update all WSH records, certificates and reports in accordance with WSH legislation
• Investigate accidents, incidents, or near misses to determine the root causes and prevent future occurrences.
• Maintain accurate records related to safety training, incidents, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Stay current on industry best practices and continuously seek opportunities to improve workplace safety.
• Conduct safety inspections regularly to ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance to MOM safety requirements
• Prepare and submit monthly safety reports to management and clients as required.
• Check that workers use PPE, follow safe work procedures and keep good housekeeping.
• Keep the site clean and orderly and store materials and tools safely. Keep safety records up to date (risk assessments, method statements, safe work
• Procedures, permits, incident/near-miss reports, toolbox meeting notes, induction logs).

Job Scope:

1. Assist supervisor in the management of interns:
a. Preparation of monthly allowance to interns
b. Prepare intern’s offboarding and other related operational administrative duties

2. Assist supervisor in the post contract management of augmented resources:
Schedule interviews;
Arrange for security screening;
Prepare for onboarding / offboarding of augmented resources
Conduct induction program for augmented manpower
Monitoring of augmented manpower’s attendance sheets for payment purposes;
Liaise with contractors on invoicing;
Update internal records of augmented manpower.

3. Assist supervisor in calling contract for augmented resources when necessary e.g. compile requirements, compile vendor assessment.

4. Must work on weekend and can speak mandarin and writing

Requirements:

• Staff should have knowledge on the use of Microsoft Office.
