Responsibilities & Duties：
Record purchase invoices in the Infotech accounting software daily
Issue progress claim sales invoices monthly
Monthly bank reconciliation
Preparation and submission of GST reports on a quarterly basis
Prepare monthly salary for the staffs
Prepare Financial statements such as Balance sheet and P & L
Requirement:
Able to work independently and a team player.
Knowledge of Info -Tech accounting software will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin will be added advantage to liaise with Mandarin
speaking associates.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to meet tight deadlines and prioritize task.
