We are now looking for a Director, Special Events to lead this team into its next phase of growth. You will oversee a team of Project Managers, Executives, and Associates, champion client excellence and retention, and own the commercial performance and year-on-year growth of your event portfolio. This role reports directly to senior leadership and, given the nature of the industry, will occasionally require weekend work.

WhoYou Are

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the events industry.
• Demonstrated track record of driving year-on-year revenue growth and scaling client portfolios.
• Must have led in-house teams in the past.
• Experience with complex stakeholder environments (institutional, government, or multinational clients) will be a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen with full P&L oversight, able to balance strategic vision with operational detail.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders, resolve challenges, and lead high-stakes conversations.
• Forward-looking, open to innovation and new technologies (including LLMs) to enhance efficiency and creativity.
• Comfortable working across regional and cross-border teams.

Social Media Executive

This is an entry-level role focused on executing and supporting social media content for Adrenalin Group's own channels. Fresh graduates with strong interest in social media, content creation, and on-the-ground storytelling are welcome to apply.

What you'll be doing

• Execute day-to-day management of Adrenalin Group's social media channels across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and others as required
• Support content planning, including contributing ideas and organising content into content calendars
• Capture daily behind-the-scenes content at the office, meetings, and internal activities
• Be on-site for events, activations, and shoots to capture real-time content such as photos, short-form videos, stories, and reels
• Create and adapt social media content including captions, visuals, and short videos, following brand guidelines and tone of voice
• Schedule and publish content consistently using approved tools and workflows
• Monitor social media channels for comments and messages, supporting basic community engagement
• Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth, and support simple reporting
• Maintain organised records of content, assets, and approvals
• Stay aware of social media trends, formats, and platform features to improve content execution

What we’re looking for

• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital storytelling
• Comfortable being on-site and capturing content in real-world, fast-moving environments
• Able to work hands-on with phones, cameras, and basic editing tools
• Clear and concise written communication skills
• Basic proficiency in Canva, Capcut and simple video editing tools

Senior Project Manager - Experiential Events (AdrenalinX)

From large-scale public activations to high-touch corporate experiences, our work sits at the intersection of creative thinking and precise execution.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to own how our team delivers. If a Project Director steers the ship and works with leadership on where we are headed, the Senior Project Manager makes sure the work gets there, on time, on budget, and at the standard our clients expect. This is the operational engine of the division. It suits someone who is hands-on, can independently run and land complex projects, runs a tight delivery operation, and lifts the people around them while doing it.

What You'll Own

You will own the operational delivery of the team's work, lead our most complex and high-value projects yourself, and set the standard everyone else delivers to. This role combines senior project ownership, operational leadership across the team, and full commercial accountability.

You will:

• Own the operational delivery of the team's projects, keeping work on time, on budget, and to standard across the portfolio
• Lead our most complex and high-value projects end to end, as the senior point of contract for key client relationships
• Take full commercial ownership of the projects you run, managing a project portfolio of around 1 million including scope, margin, and profitability
• Set, enforce, and continuously tighten the project workflows and delivery processes the wider team works to
• Step in as senior delivery lead when a project is at risk, holding the line on quality and timelines
• Coordinate across creative, production, and vendor teams on the largest and most complex activations
• Contribute to pitches and proposals, and own upsell and renewals on your accounts
• Act as the senior escalation point for delivery issues across the team, anticipating risks before they surface
• Mentor Project Managers and junior team members through the work, raising the quality of delivery across the team
