Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams, ensuring timely delivery of testing milestones.

Perform backend testing using PL/SQL and tools like TOAD.

Manage defect lifecycle using tools such as JIRA and Quality Center.

Attend Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups and Sprint Planning.

Track test metrics, create knowledge artifacts, and support process improvements (CMMI).

Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and project teams globally.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

· Proven experience as a backend developer or lead.

· Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, etc.

· Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).

· Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

· Ability to mentor and lead a team of developers.
