Job Summary

Looking for a technical windows expert for all Cloud operations services (Windows) in the organization. As such, he/she will provide support and act as the last level of escalation point for all production support activities within the operations team. Candidate Profile

Mandatory track record

• 7+ years of experience in managing Windows environment with about 3-5 years of experience in financial institutes.
• Subject matter expert on core technologies – Windows OS, Hyper-V and Failover Clustering.
• Knowledge of VMware technologies (vSphere, vCenter, VROPS, VRLI) will be an advantage.
• In-depth hands-on knowledge/experience with HPE hardware (DL, Synergy, Simplivity, Alletra series).
• In-depth hands-on knowledge/experience with Python, PowerShell and Workflow integration tools.
• Knowledge and/or hands on working experience with patching tools and Active Directory.
• Ability to solve complex problems spanning multiple technologies and disciplines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and logical skills.
• Customer service oriented and a strong team player.
• Ability to work under pressure and a commitment to solving issues.
