Job Title: Project Manager – (ADEX) Platform

Role Overview
AData Company is seeking a strategic and technical Project Manager to serve as the primary owner of our ADEX platform. In this role, you will bridge the gap between internal technical teams and external stakeholders to ensure the platform’s successful deployment, operational alignment, and long-term growth. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of data integration projects, ensuring that ADEX remains a high-performance, secure hub for real-time data streaming and exchange.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Ownership: Act as the central point of contact for the ADEX platform, overseeing its roadmap, feature prioritization, and internal adoption.
Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate between data engineers, cloud architects, and business units to ensure technical requirements meet organizational goals.
Project Lifecycle Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of platform enhancements using Agile methodologies. Manage timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure all platform activities align with AData’s standards for data quality, security (ISO 27001), and privacy (GDPR) compliance.
Change Management: Develop and implement training materials and documentation to help internal teams and clients maximize the value of the ADEX marketplace.
Vendor & Client Management: Serve as the liaison for government or business partners utilizing the platform for asynchronous data transfers.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical project management, specifically within data engineering, Cloud (AWS preferred), or SaaS environments.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data exchange protocols, event streaming (e.g., Kafka, Pub/Sub), and AWS ecosystems.
Domain Knowledge: Understanding of asynchronous data exchange (ADEX) architectures and the "marketplace" model for data sharing.
Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business objectives for non-technical leadership.
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master certification is highly preferred.
