Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible in the administrative duties such as assisting in the reception & registration of patients, process flow, record keeping, answering phone calls, appointment scheduling
- Dispensing of medicines in the clinic,
- Assist Doctors, Radiographers & Nurses on areas such as clinical matters, dressings, investigations & laboratory tests, surgery, procedures, health/medical screenings & examinations etc,
- Responsible for following up with patients and their family for long-term yearly reviews.
- Responsible for building good rapport and relationship with patients and their family.
- Responsible in sterilizing the equipment.
- Responsible for stocktaking of drugs at the clinic.
- Responsible for keeping track of medicine administered for patients undergoing IVF.
- Create and maintain reports (daily, weekly and monthly).
- Perform drug administration duties (e.g. stock monitoring, ordering and maintenance).
- Responsible in clinic housekeeping.
- Establish good rapport and better relationships with patients and corporate clients and following up on their requirements.
- Monitor and upkeep stationery, medical supplies, furniture and equipment at clinics.
- Monitor and follow up on the investigations, X-ray, medical reports and client requests.
- Responsible in taking blood and administering injections under doctor’s supervision.
- Oversee in areas of maintenance, repair and cleaning works of the relevant clinic(s).
- Co-ordinate of ship/house/office/factory calls.
- Such other duties in the overall management of the clinic(s) where necessary and/or assigned to you from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Nursing approved by Singapore Nursing Board
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in O&G
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Efficient during clinic busy hours
- Able to prioritize work quickly, safely and accurately
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Display compassion and have a positive and caring attitude.
- Need to travel from Clinic to Clinic
Additional Information
- Able to commit to clinic opening hours including evenings and Saturdays
- Willing to travel between clinics
- Working Hours: 44 hours per week; 5.5 days work week
