About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Data Management Intern to support our data quality, analysis, and process improvement initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to real operational data, data visualization, and automation tools within a business environment.
You will work closely with the supervisor to ensure data accuracy, generate useful insights, and improve internal data workflows.
Job Scope
Data Cleaning & Management: Assist in cleaning and validating customer, supplier, and inventory master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Data Analysis & Insights: Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support operational and business decision-making.
Data Visualization & Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to help users monitor key information (knowledge of Power BI is an advantage).
Process Improvement & Automation: Review existing data management processes and propose improvements, including using Microsoft tools such as Microsoft Lists, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Communication & Support: Present insights using data storytelling techniques and assist the supervisor with ad-hoc data analysis, reporting, and related tasks.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis concepts.
Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
Interest in data management, analytics, and process improvement.
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, or Microsoft Lists) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with guidance from a supervisor.
