Role Overview

AcePLP is a Singapore-based digital construction consultancy serving the built environment sector. We are looking for an AI Integrator Intern to support the development and implementation of AI-enabled tools, automation workflows, and internal digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain internal AI tools, automation workflows, and digital solutions.
• Assist in the creation and enhancement of web-based applications, dashboards, and internal platforms.

Requirements

• Interest in applying AI, automation, and digital tools to real business workflows.
• Basic coding, scripting, automation, or web development skills would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with tools such as Python, JavaScript, AWS Bedrock, ChatGPT, or other AI platforms would be useful.
• Able to understand operational problems and translate them into practical digital or automation solutions.
• Able to troubleshoot technical issues, test workflows, and learn new platforms quickly.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
• Students or graduates from Information Technology, Engineering, Built Environment, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines are welcome to apply.
• Prior exposure to BIM, construction technology, or the built environment industry is useful but not required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify sales opportunities by identifying clients’ requirements; forecast projected business and establish targeted market share
• Research and develop sales opportunities and plans
• Understand the market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses to forecast projected business and establish market share
• Implement sales plans
• Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits to clients; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
• Complete all paperwork required to close the sale
• Orientate and train employees to communicate job expectations
• Manage customer service staff to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology and other related disciplines will be considered
• Experienced in Sales

• Possess class 3 driving license

Job Description 

• Manage trainee registrations, attendance taking, and course completion records. 

• Act as the main point of contact for trainees, trainers, and internal stakeholders. 

• Handle post-training activities such as feedback collection and course evaluations. 

• Prepare Statements of Attainment (SOA) or Certificates of Completion in accordance with SSG requirements. 

• Verify trainee eligibility, attendance, and assessment results prior to certificate issuance. 

• Ensure accuracy of trainee details and certification records. 

• Maintain proper records of issued certificates for audit and compliance purposes. 

• Ensure training operations comply with SSG requirements and WSQ framework (where applicable). 

• Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, assessment results, and supporting documents. 

• Prepare and organise documentation for SSG audits, inspections, and reporting. 

• Support compliance with Training Provider Quality Assurance (TPQA) standards. 

Qualifications 

• ITE or Diploma in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 

• 1 year of experience in training coordination, HR, or learning & development (preferred) 

• Strong organizational and time-management skills 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office  

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail

Job Description & Requirements

• Managing the upgrading, installation & troubleshooting of Windows Server Environment and Azure Environment
• Monitoring & enhancing improvement of the health of servers & network devices
• Performing routine technical documentation, system patch, network & system security control implementation, and maintenance/ enhancement/ backup operations
• Perform standard software applications and installations from prepared images
• IT asset inventory control
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external clients for the deployment of IT Solutions
• Other ad-hoc tasks related to IT

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any IT-related field
• Individuals with no IT-related qualification but with strong interest in developing a career in IT may apply.
• Individuals with some technical experience in these areas are welcome:

1. Database administration & Virtualization Technology (i.e. Hyper-V)
2. Office 365 Implementation
3. Patch management
4. Router, switch, firewall and access point configuration
5. Server room environment (i.e.: DELL EMC)
6. Server, desktop, printer and another peripherals’ set-up
7. Structured cabling (including backup & recovery management)
8. Windows Server Administration

Job Description & Requirements

• Handling urgent queries via calls, emails, and messages and update them delivery schedule.
• Prepare quotation and check orders.
• Take instruction from customer and liaise with production team to ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time. (Quantity and quality check for Reprographic Services)
• Assist finance for Reprographics billing/payment and collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Direct Sales, entertain walk in client and assist on the quotation/paperwork for services.
• Liaise with vendor/supplier/client.
• Drive company vehicle to provide safe and timely delivery and collection of goods.
• Ensure maintenance of company vehicle cleanliness and courteous manner.
• Participate in Production- related tasks; and
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by your Manager and/or the Board of Directors.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma.
• Proficient in use of Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Good administrative, organisational and communication skills.
• Must Possess Class 3 Singapore Driving License.
