This is a temporary short-term position attached to a trade union. Location: Paya Lebar

Duration: 1 to 2 months 

Job Scope

· Support the digitisation of HR records, including scanning, sorting, naming, and filing of documents into electronic systems.

· Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper indexing of digitised HR records.

· Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information at all times.

· Manage office supplies, including stock monitoring and ordering when required.

· Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mails; file physical and electronic documents.

· Liaise with vendors for purchase orders and confirmation of deliveries.

· Provide general administrative, office operations, and basic HR support as required.

· Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

· GCE ‘O’ Level or NITEC 

· Prior experience in office administration or document management would be beneficial.

· Comfortable handling large volumes of paperwork and repetitive tasks with accuracy.

· Organised, meticulous, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

· Proficient in basic computer use (e.g. scanning, file management, Microsoft Office).

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm OR 9am to 6pm

This is a part time to permanent position attached to a boutique legal firm. Location: Rochor area

Duration: 03 months, convertible to permanent full time as Legal Executive 

Job Scope

-Typing simple emails/letters/standard court documents, corresponding with clients (phone or WhatsApp), collating/sorting documents, scheduling, posting letters and other general admin duties.

-Transcribe oral instructions from lawyer into written form (e.g. onto an email or letter)

Requirements

-Able to follow instructions

-Able to note down oral instructions quickly on paper

-Honest with high level of integrity

-Able to work independently

--IT savvy (MS Office), good telephone and Whatspp manners

-Meticulous and careful as you may need to do a fair bit of proof-reading and fact checking

-Prepared to take on ad hoc duties if needed (e.g. to do banking errands/mailing of letters)

Working Hours/Days

Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, 3 days per week 

Hourly Pay $12.50
