Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support basic accounting functions. This role is ideal for university undergraduates seeking practical experience in accounting and finance in a flexible work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and process invoices and receipts
* Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
* Assist in the preparation of yearly Profit & Loss statements
* Assist in the preparation of yearly Balance Sheet
* Perform basic bookkeeping and administrative duties
Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Basic knowledge of accounting principles
* Familiar with Microsoft Excel
* Meticulous, responsible, and organised
* Able to commit to working once a week consistently
