Job Summary
Join a healthcare agency as an HR Intern to support recruitment and HR administrative tasks, focusing on healthcare personnel and social media recruitment campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate HR administrative documents to support daily operations
- Assist in coordinating recruitment activities for healthcare personnel to meet staffing needs
- Develop and manage social media campaigns to attract qualified healthcare candidates
- Complete basic documentation tasks to ensure compliance and record accuracy
- Communicate effectively with team members and candidates to facilitate recruitment processes
- Work independently to manage assigned HR tasks and meet deadlines
- Utilize MS Office applications to create reports, presentations, and track recruitment data
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and colleagues
- Proficiency in MS Office to support documentation and reporting tasks
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt through provided training
Other Information
Minimum 6-month contract starting May 2026
