1. Perform documentation work for secured and non-mortgage loans

2. Perform documentation checks within specified standards of credit quality and turnaround time and highlight deviations

3. Perform pre-disbursement compliance checks and highlight discrepancies and deviations

4. Complete Documentation Checklist for Disbursement/Activation and ensure standards & regulatory guidelines are complied with

5. Monitor compliance of special conditions on credit facilities offered and highlight deviations

6. Prepare letters varying terms and condition of credit facilities

7. Follow up on outstanding title deeds for safekeeping with law firms

8. Filing of source reports & media and arrange archival

Criteria

1. Degree in any discipline

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

3. Good interpersonal & communication skills

Job Description

1. Work closely with Singapore Bank department head to ensure the internal communications strategies/executions align with business priorities and deliver a consistent tone of voice and communications style

2. Effectively communicate Singapore Bank department objectives, strategic areas and key initiatives as well as provide timely updates to employees

3. Develop and deliver communication plans that are specific to each request. Subjects include leadership communications, business objectives, key initiatives, employee engagement or latest developments.

4. Create fresh ways of message delivery (across content, channels and experiences) to communicate business objectives and deepen employee engagement

5. Work with relevant stakeholders to develop, edit and storyboard engaging content (including multimedia content such as full-length article, videos, banners, eDMs and infographics) that is relevant, personalized and targeted for employees

6. Develop and manage content calendar

7. Improve employee engagement through carefully curated activities

8 Manage and maintain event materials on the Intranet

9. Planning and executions of employee engagement activities (in-house) like volunteering opportunities, staff appreciation events, and initiatives focused on sustainability, diversity and inclusion etc

10. Preparation of Singapore Department monthly people analytics for reviews at SG Departmental and function level.

11. Event Management: Demonstrated experience running and organizing events is non-negotiable. Experience with large-scale corporate events (e.g., town halls, offsites, skip-level meetings) is a significant advantage.

We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Sales and Solutioning specialist to join Cash & Trade team as a Trade Portfolio Manager on contract basis. This role is ideal for a professional with experience incorporate banking and a strong understanding of trade finance products. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales Managers to service a portfolio of commodity clients and contribute to the growth and efficiency of our trade business.

1. Responsibilities:

- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales Managers, Product Managers, Relationship Managers and Operations throughout the sales cycle for various trade products, including Documentary Trade, Commodity& Structured Trade, and Open Account Trade (Accounts Receivable Purchase and Supply Chain Finance).

- Support the management of a portfolio of commodity clients, ensuring effective trade utilization and working to deepen client relationships to drive asset and revenue growth.

- Proactively manage client expectations, gather feedback on service quality, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve the overall client experience.

- Perform daily, weekly, and/or monthly reporting tasks, and assist with business implementation and maintenance-related activities.

- Proactively manage risks and controls within the scope of responsibilities.

2. Requirements:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate banking

- Experience in Documentary Trade, including Commodity and Structured Trade Finance is a plus

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential

Responsibilities:

1. Assist Product Owner to lead the Agile team and deliver the product road map required to support the business growth.

2. Acquire in-depth understanding of business processes to articulate use-cases/user-stories for identified features/capabilities for the platforms.

3. Work in agile framework and be accountable for delivery of product build road map by ensuring that platform road maps prioritized against business are published regularly.

4. Engage key stakeholders periodically to refine business requirements and work towards maximizing the product value based on the feedback

5. Collaborate with squad members to deliver wireframes, user journeys, and product backlog, and other artefacts as needed to support technical design and development.

6. Be responsible for modification and enhancements of existing products to address emerging business/market, user or regulatory needs

7. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and system requirements. Translate the requirements into user stories, detailed test plans/cases, ensuring all functionality aligns with business needs and project goals.

8. Perform other project administrative tasks such as handling of presentation decks for senior management, assisting in organizing inception workshops, regional stakeholder managements (PSC) etc

9. Coordinate with various key stakeholders to prepare UAT Test cases and review of test results based on targeted deliverables. Liaise with vendors or other departments to ensure testing is complete and results are documented and filed.

10. Develop SIT test scenarios and perform system testing based on test plans.

11. UAT support and coordination: Support user acceptance testing by coordinating with end users, gathering feedback.

12. Process Improvement – Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Continuously refine QA processes, incorporating best practices for efficiency and effectiveness.

13. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between product, development, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with the product roadmap.

14. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment, managing tight deadlines and evolving priorities

Key requirements:

1. Candidate should possess at least bachelor’s degree in business management, IT, Science,Mathematics, Engineering or Digital Innovation.

2. At least 2-3 years of experiences, preferably in Banking domain.

3. Resourceful and possess strong analytical skills

4. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

5. Experience in using JIRA and Confluence, SQL. Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies will be considered favourably.

6. Good attitude, pro-active and independent with a team player mentality

7. Eager to take on challenges, driven and motivated to grow

8. Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills to ensure the product roadmap and features are well presented and buy-in obtained from stakeholders.
