We are looking for an experienced HR System Manager to oversee the implementation, management, and maintenance of HR systems. The HR System Manager will be responsible for managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with IT policies and technical standards, managing delivery and operations support of capability, and managing contract payments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR systems and project management, with experience in managing large-scale HR system projects.

• Develop and manage project timelines for projects, ensuring that milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage budgets for projects, including monitoring expenses and ensuring that project costs are within budget.
• Manage contract payments for HR system vendors, ensuring that invoices are accurate and processed in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with prevailing IT policies and technical standards, including security and data privacy policies.
• Manage delivery and operations support of HR system capability, including providing guidance to HR team members and end-users on system functionality and usage.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR team members, IT, and Finance, to ensure that HR systems meet business requirements and integrate with other systems.
• Oversee system testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure that HR systems meet technical requirements and are error-free.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging HR technologies and industry trends, and provide recommendations for improving HR system practices and processes.

Main Duties:

· Oversee construction activities and progress.

· Plan, implement and monitor work schedules with the Project Schedule

· Liaise with Professional Engineer on the works

· Liaise with QP (Architect) for technical issues

· Liaise with Project Designers on approved designs and meet project deadlines

· Liaise with house owners on the ongoing building stages

· Coordinate site activities with subcontractors

· Handling of technical and engineering matters

· Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical matters on time

· Prepare report and method statement whenever required

· Manage workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safe and neat

· Supervise ongoing site activities closely and upkeep site record

· Other duties assigned by Head – Civil Engineer (Projects)

An established waterproofing and repainting contractor requires a Project Co-ordinator with following job description and requirements:

• Attend to all relevant administration and documentation for the projects
• Attend site meetings
• Liaise with clients, foremen and sub-contractors
• Project planning, eg: project schedule, risk managment and etc
• Handling progressive reports and claims
• Certificate or diploma in Building relevant field preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Class 3 driver's license or motorcycle license preferred
