Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our vehicle sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage a high-performing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing showroom activities, developing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily showroom sales operations for new and used vehicles
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales executives to improve performance
Monitor sales KPIs, conversion rates, and customer acquisition metrics
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and financing institutions
Oversee vehicle pricing, promotions, and inventory movement
Ensure compliance with LTA regulations, vehicle registration, and documentation processes
Coordinate with finance partners for loan processing and insurance products
Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
At least 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales or retail sales management
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Familiarity with Singapore automotive market, COE system, and financing processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Skills
Experience in used car dealership or multi-brand showroom
Knowledge of car financing, insurance, and trade-in processes
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
Additional Requirement
Salary Range
$7,500 – $9000 per month (based on experience) + commission
