Main Responsibilities:
· Project planning to execution (Inclusive of planning the scope/determine the resources required/preparing the schedule & execution of project)
· Prepare presentation decks for clients/suppliers
· Ensure proper documentation (Project planning to Post Event Reports)
· Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at required level of quality
· Source and negotiate with suppliers for merchandise and or procurement items for the project
· Monitor and ensure production timeline and delivery dates are in accordance to project timeline
· Compile and review costings (ie: Compile raw data into proposal budgeting purposes)
· Coordinate program, venues, suppliers and staffing for event requirements.
· Operations Duties (Warehouse / Logistic Management / Recruitment & Deployment of Part Timers)
· Any other duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point & Excel)
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in the project management, preferably in Events, preferably in FMCG industries
- Travelling across Singapore Island Wide
- Working Day - (5.5 days work week include both Sat/Sun)
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Must be detail & goal-oriented, and highly responsible, with the ability to work under pressure and independently
