Job Summary

Reporting directly to the Architect, you will engage in all stages of project development from design to completion, ensuring compliance with client and authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models and produce 2D CAD drawings to support architectural project design and documentation
• Prepare detailed drawings and documents for submission to relevant authorities to secure approvals
• Resolve site issues by collaborating effectively with consultants, contractors, clients, and authorities to ensure smooth project progress
• Conduct research and gather data to inform project design and planning decisions
• Perform space planning and interior design aligned with client needs and regulatory standards
• Utilize 2D and 3D CAD software such as ArchiCad, AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and Twinmotion to create accurate design representations
• Manage time efficiently and plan work schedules to meet project deadlines and milestones

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Architecture from Singapore Polytechnic

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of relevant architectural experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Responsibilities

• Independently lead architectural projects from initial design conceptualization to final completion
• Prepare and submit documentation for authority approvals to ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage tender processes to select appropriate contractors and suppliers
• Oversee project management activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project outcomes with client requirements and industry standards
• Apply architectural knowledge to solve design and construction challenges effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Architecture from a university recognized by the Board of Architects Singapore
• Registration with the Board of Architects Singapore is preferred but not mandatory
• 3 to 5 years of relevant architectural experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
