Working Hours:
- 6 hours per day
- Either 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Includes 1-hour unpaid lunch break
Work Schedule:
- Flexible arrangement
- 10–12 working days per month
- Schedule can be self-planned with the team
Job Responsibilities
- Contact Singapore-based companies from a provided database to introduce and promote international trade exhibitions and business events.
- Professionally engage potential participants and answer basic enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-up requirements.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure timely communication and reporting.
- Build positive relationships with prospective business participants.
Requirements
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
- Confident communicator with a professional and positive attitude.
- Reliable, responsible, and comfortable making outbound calls.
- Polytechnic-level English proficiency preferred.
- Open to students, freelancers, career returnees, and individuals seeking flexible work arrangements.
