Key Responsibilities:

• Register and manage job files and quotation lines
• Verify container details, ETA, trip options, weight class, and delivery location
• Calculate charges based on tariff, depot receipts, and LOLO costs
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and depots for accurate cost tracking
• Generate standard and reimbursement invoices in iLogon system
• Ensure proper documentation and supporting attachments for invoicing
• Maintain weekly billing summary reports and update customer reference numbers
• Liaise with internal teams to confirm job accuracy before billing
• Email e-invoices or manual invoices as per customer requirements

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or operations (preferably in container trucking)
• Basic knowledge of Portnet, depot processes, SAP and transport billing
• Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with ERP/invoicing systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
