We are hiring the Customer Account Specialist located in our Singapore office and reporting to the Senior Worldwide Customer Service Manager. This position will require a highly motivated, energetic, and resourceful person who has the willingness to learn. The role involves assisting the sales team by managing customer inquiries, providing information, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Job Scope:

• Work closely with the Regional Sales Managers to solve problems and find solutions to meet the customers requests in a timely manner.

• Support the Sales team by fielding customer requests, working with the necessary departments to address customers' concerns and maximize customer satisfaction.

• Assist the sales team by following up with quotes, ensuring the pricing are set up, processing orders, and managing customer accounts to ensure a seamless sale process.

• Liaise with demand planning team to get updated customer’s Forecast and follow up with customers on the left to book and working with sales to update the forecast whenever needed.

• Interfacing with customers, distributors, and other related third parties to handle a variety of customer service functions.

• Responsible for full lifecycle of orders, which include handling customer expedite, requests, complains, escalation, special or unique demand requirements and following up on all issues.

• Order management to determine the status of sales orders, delivery schedules, verifying product pricing coordinating schedule changes, and maintaining records of sales order acknowledgements.

• Collaborate with planning team on escalations, pull in orders and other issues to maximize shipment.

• Co-ordinating Returns Merchandise Authorizations (RMA’s), working with customers, Quality team, Sales, and logistics.

• Work with finance team on credit hold issues, follow up with payment, released orders and other related issues.

• Co-ordinate shipment with logistics team and handle any shipment related issues.

• Following up with product marketing and quality team with any reported issues

• Responsible for additional duties, any other tasks as delegated by the superiors and projects as assigned. Also, to work with IT on issues related to order management (EDI, CSV, BVEM, testing, etc.)

Job Requirement:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Be familiar with Oracle is a plus point as tasks require order entry using Oracle. Proficiency in CRM software and other related systems

• Customer service-oriented ability, able to work well in a team and be a good team player.

Job Description:

- Responsible for delivery and collection of goods to customers

- Ensure items are delivered safely and on time

Contract Period:

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily chauffeuring support for family members, including school runs, appointments, meetings, and other scheduled activities.
• Ensure safe, punctual, and efficient transportation at all times.
• Assist with the coordination of the family’s daily schedules, appointments, and personal arrangements.
• Run errands such as collecting documents, making purchases, sending items, and handling other ad hoc personal tasks.
• Support household and family-related administrative matters, including booking appointments, coordinating services, and maintaining records where required.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for household or personal matters.
• Monitor vehicle condition and ensure proper upkeep, cleanliness, servicing, and timely maintenance.
• Assist with travel-related arrangements such as airport transfers, itinerary coordination, and other logistics support.
• Provide general household / family support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of operations.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling private and sensitive matters.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with exposure to household support or family assistance
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
• Familiar with Singapore roads, traffic conditions, and efficient route planning.
• Prior experience supporting a private household, senior executive, or family office environment will be advantageous.
• Strong time management, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
• Responsible, trustworthy, and able to maintain a high level of discretion.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible and willing to support beyond driving duties when required.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Assist Parts Supervisor day to day warehouse operations;

2. Issue and receipts of parts at Parts Counter;

3. Assist in providing quotation to our dealers as and when requires.

4. Ensure all incoming stock items are checked for correct quantity, label and properly

placed at the designated location. Any damaged or discrepancy has to report to Parts

Supervisor by submitting discrepancy report for further action;

5. Ensure the quality in the bin location tally with the system at all times. Any discrepancy

has to be reported to Parts Supervisor;

6. Ensure all parts are properly labelled for easy identification and to maintain proper

housekeeping;
