JOB SCOPR AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our Procurement and Logistics teams, drive operational excellence, and strengthen our end-to-end supply chain capabilities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 30 employees across Procurement and Logistics functions.

• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Oversee the full supply chain cycle, including procurement, inventory planning, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.

• Ensure smooth operational flow while balancing service levels, inventory availability, and cost efficiency.

• Develop and implement forecasting and planning strategies to support business growth and customer demands.

• Ensure adherence to safety standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain compliance with GDPMDS and relevant industry regulations.

• Conduct regular reviews and audits to uphold operational excellence and risk management standards.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.

• Lead supplier negotiations to achieve optimal pricing, service levels, and contractual terms.

• Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement initiatives where required.

• Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock and carrying costs.

• Oversee inventory accuracy, documentation, shipment tracking, and reporting processes.

• Implement best practices to improve inventory visibility and control.

• Analyze supply chain performance using KPIs and operational metrics.

• Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.

• Drive automation and system improvement initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline.

• 10 years of supply chain experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.

• Proven track record of managing teams of 20 or more employees across multiple supply chain functions.

• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution operations.

• Familiarity with GDPMDS, safety requirements, and regulatory compliance standards.

• Experience using supply chain management systems, Oracle NetSuite, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Candidates should be comfortable with hands-on operational involvement, including situations where lifting of heavier loads may be required.

Main Responsibilities

Procurement & Procure‑to‑Pay Management

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities for Capital, Spares, and Services.

• Execute and manage Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes including delivery follow‑up, budgeting support, cash flow management, and invoice reconciliation.

• Ensure on‑time delivery (OTD) to support network capacity and operational requirements.

Supplier Relationship Management

• Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned site and network suppliers.

• Perform supplier commercial qualification to support the development of strategic suppliers.

• Maintain collaborative supplier relationships while proactively addressing performance, quality, delivery, and capability gaps.

• Ensure supplier compliance with Micron’s Code of Conduct and corporate social responsibility standards.

• Communicate supplier performance updates and key decisions to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.

• Represent the voice of the supply base internally and the voice of Micron externally.

Localization & Supply Chain Resilience

• Drive execution of service and spares localization strategies to improve equipment uptime, response time, cost competitiveness, and supply chain resilience.

• Enable supplier capability development through localization and in‑country support initiatives.

Cost Optimization & Value Creation

• Identify and implement supplier‑related cost‑saving opportunities using data analytics and should‑cost models.

• Serve as a subject matter expert, sharing supplier and market insights with cross‑functional stakeholders.

• Support initiatives focused on total cost of ownership reduction, lead time improvement, and cash flow optimization.

Contracting & Negotiation

• Lead or participate in supplier negotiations for sustaining purchases, contract renewals, and extensions.

• Coordinate with Category Supplier Managers on global negotiations or lead local/regional RFQ and sourcing events.

• Develop and execute contract strategies; create, negotiate, monitor, and enforce contractual terms and conditions.

Supplier Performance Management

• Partner with Category teams to build a comprehensive, data‑driven view of supplier performance.

• Communicate site‑specific priorities and expectations to suppliers.

• Collaborate internally to define key performance metrics and monitor supplier performance to drive continuous improvement.

AI‑Enabled Continuous Improvement

• Lead or contribute to automation and AI‑enabled initiatives that improve process efficiency, productivity, and operational excellence.

• Drive simplification and standardization of procurement and supplier management processes.

Other Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and governance requirements.

• Provide input and recommendations to leadership on procurement strategies, processes, and policy improvements.

• Actively participate in cross‑functional teams and global projects involving Procurement, Engineering, Planning, Finance, and Legal.

Candidate Profile / Job Requirements

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:

The Opportunity

As the Leader for Flights in Singapore and Malaysia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Agoda's market presence, driving partner strategy, and building the foundations for long-term success. This is a high-impact, highly visible role at the intersection of commercial negotiations, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional leadership.

You will operate with end-to-end ownership of the Singapore and Malaysia market: identifying and closing new partnerships, optimizing performance with existing partners, and ensuring Agoda delivers unmatched value to travelers and suppliers alike. While this is an individual contributor role, you will function as Agoda's commercial face in-market, working directly with C-level executives of our partners across Singapore, Malaysia, and China, supported by global teams across Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the strategy: define and execute market strategies for Singapore and Malaysia, while managing key airline partner relationships across the China market, balancing growth, profitability, and long-term competitive positioning
• Lead commercial negotiations: own pricing, availability, and commercial terms with airline partners across Singapore, Malaysia, and China to maximize Agoda's competitiveness
• Be the market voice: act as the go-to expert on Singapore and Malaysia aviation and online travel — including the China-based partners within scope — sharing insights with internal teams and shaping Agoda's product and growth strategy
• Deliver partner success: build deep, trusted executive-level relationships with suppliers across Singapore, Malaysia, and China, driving joint initiatives that enhance distribution, revenue, and customer experience
• Drive execution excellence: ensure partners' day-to-day needs are met by collaborating with Agoda's regional supply teams, operations, and product specialists
• Analyze and optimize: use data and insights to drive decision-making, identify opportunities, test solutions, and iterate quickly
• Innovate at scale: conceptualize and launch new commercial models, distribution initiatives, and customer-facing features that unlock growth

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the Flights, OTA, or airline industry with strong exposure to commercial negotiations, distribution, and market strategy (experience in Singapore, Malaysia, and China markets highly preferred)
• Proven track record of delivering growth through partnerships, negotiations, and strategy execution
• Commercial acumen with the ability to balance short-term results and long-term market building
• Strong executive presence and communication skills; able to manage complex conversations at senior levels
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to manage partner relationships (in Singapore, Malaysia, and China markets) and communicate effectively across regional and global teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on execution capabilities and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Analytical rigor; demonstrated ability to use data to shape decisions and influence stakeholders
• Experience developing and executing end-to-end business plans that cut across commercial, operational, legal, and marketing dimensions
