The Senior Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for ensuring timely and reliable material supply to Production while optimizing inventory performance and supplier delivery. • Support the crewing department in all areas of employment administration for seagoing personnel, including reviewing monthly crew payroll.
• Maintain and regularly update the manning list for assigned vessels, while closely monitoring and following up on crew rotation plans.
• Coordinate and liaise with manning agencies, Masters, port agents, and travel agencies to ensure smooth crew transitions for vessels operating in international waters.
• Arrange and coordinate crew flight bookings with travel agencies.
