Job Duties:

Communications & Content Development:

• Creative development and content production of strategic communication deliverables including memos, presentations and fact sheets for diverse internal and external audiences and special projects.
• Create engaging multimedia content, including videos, digital and social media assets to effectively convey key messages.
• Manage and update internal communication platforms (intranet, newsletters, memos).

Media Monitoring and Reporting:

• Support media relations, including proactive monitoring, analysis, and vendor management.

Event Management & Coordination:

• Coordinate and manage administrative tasks and logistics for senior visits, CCO town halls, global campaign activations etc.
• Oversee all aspects of event delivery, including creative design, content, logistics, and on-site management, working with partners and vendors where necessary.

Governance & Operations:

• Manage and ensure compliance with governance processes, including approvals and audit requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and support all reporting obligations (quarterly, ad-hoc).

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of working experience in a communications or content role with a multinational corporation, content or public relations agency, or journalism especially in digital or multimedia platforms.
• Fluent in English with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Understanding of traditional and social media landscapes, with proven ability to leverage these platforms for effective communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from conception to delivery.
• Experience creating multimedia or digital communication assets using video/photo editing software e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop,Lumen5.

Internal Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

You will support sales operations by managing customer orders, coordinating with internal teams, and providing timely updates and support to customers in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders and quotations accurately to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to track and confirm order status and delivery schedules
• Communicate order updates, delivery timelines, and stock availability clearly to customers
• Maintain and update accurate sales records and documentation in the company system
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide basic technical or product information to assist decision-making
• Support the sales team by managing administrative tasks and facilitating internal coordination
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company procedures and uphold customer service standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to manage data and reports effectively
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage for system navigation and data entry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members

Key Responsibilities

• Gain in-depth knowledge of our full product portfolio

Requirements

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical / Marine Engineering

• Attend to customer inquiries, quotations, and taking of orders from the customers. Involved in the coordination works for fulfilling the customer's order requirements.
• Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines.

Support lead generation efforts by reaching out to manufacturing contacts to introduce company's products and services. This role focuses on initiating connections and does not involve direct product sales or closing deals.

Job Scope

Web Management

• Maintain and manage the Microsoft SharePoint 365 intranet and microsite as a key internal communications platform, ensuring content is updated, relevant, and aligned with client’s voice.

• Plan, develop, and publish internal communications materials to inform and engage staff about new developments.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information, align messaging, and ensure timely dissemination across appropriate channels.

• Monitor effectiveness of internal communications efforts and suggest improvements.

Digital Content and Design

• Assist with the development and layout of digital communications assets (e.g., web banners, internal posters, eDMs) using Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools, where required.

• Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders to manage production timelines, quality, and delivery of communications materials.

• Support content creation for the microsite and other internal platforms, including drafting articles.

• Provide basic event photography and photo editing support where needed.

Ad-hoc Support

• Provide operational and logistical support for the CTRL+SHIFT campaign where required.

• Create detailed reports to present trends and results to management.

• Support ad-hoc communications projects and initiatives within the team, including data entry, research, or formatting assistance.

Requirements:

• Experience managing or maintaining Microsoft SharePoint 365 sites, with basic knowledge of web content management and layout best practices.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools for simple visual asset creation.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different internal audiences.
• A good eye for detail, with a strong sense of visual layout and content flow.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Working Hours: 

• Mon to Thur: 8.30am to 6.00pm / 9.00am to 6.30pm

• Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm / 9.00am to 6.00pm

• Lunch: 1 hour

Contract Period: 9 months, with option to extend to 11 months (To commence immediately)

Salary: $3300/month
