Job Summary
Manage and grow key accounts by building deep, trusted relationships with decision-makers to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction. You are responsible for driving revenue through proactive upselling, leading commercial tenders, and delivering technical presentations, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery. By monitoring market trends and defending account positions, you will own the end-to-end growth strategy to maximize customer lifetime value and consistently exceed revenue KPIs.
Main Responsibilities
- Own and grow key customer accounts, ensuring strong engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention across Enetek’s core verticals:
- Telecommunication
- Datacentres
- Utilities
- Commercial & Industrial
- Renewable Energy & BESS
- EV Charging
2. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring they are consistently supported, attended to, and prioritized.
3. Drive revenue expansion within existing accounts by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and repeat business opportunities.
4. Build deep, trusted relationships with key decision-makers, positioning Enetek as a long-term strategic partner rather than just a vendor.
5. Take ownership of account growth strategy, developing and executing plans to maximize customer lifetime value and meet/exceed assigned KPIs and revenue targets.
6. Proactively engage customers to understand evolving needs, pain points, and future plans, translating these into new business opportunities.
7. Deliver strong technical and commercial presentations, reinforcing value propositions and strengthening customer confidence in Enetek’s solutions.
8. Lead and manage proposals, tenders, commercial discussions, and contract renewals for existing accounts to secure continuous business.
9. Coordinate closely with internal engineering and product teams to ensure seamless delivery, solution alignment, and customer satisfaction.
10. Maintain full visibility of account performance through structured pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting.
11. Monitor customer activity, market trends, and competitor movements to defend and expand account position.
12. While primarily focused on existing customers, actively identify and convert new opportunities within and beyond assigned accounts.
13. Represent Enetek professionally at all touchpoints, own the relationship, protect the account, and continuously grow its value.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering / Degree in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Telecom or other relevant industrial background
- Excellent market-driven (business development) and strategy execution capabilities
- Strong technical presentation skills.
- Technical knowledge of AC UPS / DC Rectifiers and batteries
- Strong sense of ownership and the discipline to manage a large portfolio of accounts without constant supervision.
- Collaborative team player, able to work effectively across engineering, product, and operations teams
- Willing to travel as and when needed
