Role Summary

This role is an opportunity to work with a high‑agency startup team operating in the hard‑tech and energy systems space. You will play a critical role in building and scaling the user-facing products that operators, plant managers, and enterprise stakeholders rely on every day. This is a hands-on role. You will design, build, and ship production-quality UI systems that surface complex operational data in intuitive, performant interfaces. Responsibilities

• Own the design and implementation of UI systems for Amperesand's MES and ERP platforms

Qualifications

• Proficiency with modern frontend tooling (Vite, Next.js, or similar)
• Experience integrating with REST or GraphQL APIs and real-time data streams (WebSockets, SSE)
• Familiarity with testing practices (unit, integration, end-to-end)
