These includes subsidized training courses (related to Modern HR, Leadership, People Management, Caregiving, Career development, Digital Literacy & more), which are offered under government bodies such as SSG, e2i, SG Enable and AIC.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales and Client Development:

· Market and sell programmes to corporate clients, SMEs, individuals, PMETs, PWDs, and caregivers.

· Develop new leads and utilise client database.

· Design and execute sales plans.

· Ability to identify and source learning organizations and learners will be an added advantage

Market Insight and Strategy:

· Develop knowledge of client profiles.

· Conduct market research & analyze competitor offerings.

· Highlight unique value propositions of HCS programmes.

Programme Marketing and Sales:

· Promote and sell diverse programmes.

· Identify new programme development opportunities.

· Training will be given to identify, screen, shortlist and coach learning organizations and learners in problem identifications; needs analysis; solutions; monitoring of outcomes; presentation skills and interview skills

Client Relationship Management & Performance Analysis:

· Build and sustain strong client relationships.

· Understand client needs & provide exceptional customer service.

· Monitor and analyze sales initiatives.

· Report on key metrics & refine sales strategies based on data.

Job Description

- To market, sell and close training intervention solution for business, organisations or individuals. Training intervention solution include advisory service, coaching service and/or skills training

- Conduct training needs analysis and advisory for intervention.

- Able to reach a monthly target revenue

- To provide pre & post training support advisory for continuous learning.

Job Specifications

- Passion and capabilities to sell. Able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Effective written and communication skills

- Experience in product sales, marketing and tele-sales will be an advantage

Revenue Share

- You earn 10% commission on every solution you sell.

- 10% to 20% of revenue on reaching target and class formation of 20 pax from individual or companies

The candidate will support in driving organisational development initiatives to engage stakeholders and inculcate a high-performance, shared organisational culture in line with the organisation’s values, mission, and vision:

• Involved in developing and implementing strategic planning processes and performance measures to ensure alignment across departments and with national strategic directions set by relevant authorities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to co-develop strategic plans and workplans.
• Support engagement with infectious disease and public health key opinion leaders across Singapore and the region to build a cohesive network that enhances capabilities in infectious diseases and public health. This may include hosting visits, organising networking events or conferences, and developing memoranda of understanding or collaborative agreements.
• Serve as a point of contact with partners and colleagues from external organisations.
• Prepare and drive content for corporate presentations for senior leadership.
• Provide secretariat support for monthly senior leadership meetings.
• Handle general administration and support the implementation of various departmental projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, public health, business, economics, social sciences, or healthcare administration.
