2. Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers by understanding their business model, operational needs and pain points

• Track and analyse sales data to identify patterns, opportunities for improvement, and areas requiring attention

Requirements:

1. Educational Qualification:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is typically required

• Advanced certifications or training in sales or technical fields are a plus

2. Industry Experience:

• Previous experience or familiarity with semiconductor or precision manufacturing industries is highly preferred

3. Work Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Field Application Engineer, or Technical Sales role, preferably in manufacturing, semiconductor, or industrial environments

We are seeking a talented Senior Navigation and Control Engineer to drive the development of advanced behavior, planning, and control strategies for our global fleet of autonomous cleaning robots. This role is ideal for an engineer passionate about robotics, algorithm development, and system integration. You will work on planning, real-time decision making and implement features such as multi-floor navigation and docking control systems.
