Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and control the daily operation in QAC by planning of work and manpower arrangement for optimisation of efficiency.

• Review and approve quality records and other documents.

• Plan, co-ordinate and execute objectives, projects and quality procedures.

• Plan, review and update QA procedures and specifications.

• Troubleshoot and recommend corrective actions by analysing quality results and make sound judgement.

• Liaise and co-ordinate with related parties on enquires and complaints.

• Perform internal calibration/verification and external calibration of QA equipment.

• Ensure the maintenance and calibration status of the test and measuring equipment is in proper.

• Train new QA Inspectors / Leaders / Senior Leader / Supervisor / Senior Supervisor/new Controller.

• Identify training needs and recommend relevant training for staffs.

• Perform QA Supervisor / Senior Supervisor related jobs if deemed necessary or as instructed by QA controller and above.

• Perform other QA related jobs as instructed by QA controller and above.

• Report to superior and above for any quality related incident or any incident that may have impact to quality.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Science/Engineering or relevant discipline in relevant working experience.

• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.

• Data analyst with QC Tools and statistical techniques.

• With background or knowledge in ISO 13485 / ISO 9001.

• Good communication and writing skill in English.

• Entry level candidates are welcome.

Job Description:

• The registered data protection officer for Singapore

• Responsible for developing & maintaining APAC country specific compliance policy and process documents, training materials, providing help and guidance and awareness to APAC based employees.

• Ensuring that all data protection/security/ HSE issues from audits or risks raised are recorded, with ownership, and tracking remediation tasks to closure/mitigation/acceptance of risks.

• Management of the annual risk assessment program covering information security, data protection, health & safety, environment, and social governance

• Initiate yearly compliance activities, eg. BCP exercise, call tree test, updating of various operations / compliance documentations, vendor due diligence exercise

• Creation and maintenance of the Legal Risk Register (APAC)

• Annual site audits and management of any remediation plans (H&S/Fire/Infosec/Data Protection/ESG)

• Gathering of carbon emission data in support of global ESG reporting requirements

• Attendance at the monthly country and compliance circle meetings

• Responding to client information security assessments. Full completion and response to all Client questionnaires, including existing clients and new business opportunities.

• Incident investigation and reporting pertaining to data and HSE

• Development of the Quality Management System in support of attaining certification to ISO9001

• Administrative tasks including but not limited to: Client sales bid compliance assistance, contract reviews (Data protection terms), uploading documents to client portals

• Reviewing, updating and development of compliance policies and procedures

Job Requirements: Min Degree in finance/accountancy w min 3 yrs of relevant information security controls (ISO Lead Auditor/Lead Implementation certifications) experience

About the Role

8Hexa Financial is a payment services company regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Compliance Executive to support our AML/CFT and regulatory compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform KYC/KYB, customer risk assessments and periodic reviews.

· Review corporate structures, beneficial ownership, source of funds and source of wealth.

· Conduct sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening.

· Review transactions and investigate unusual or suspicious activities.

· Maintain proper compliance records and prepare internal reports.

· Support regulatory submissions, audits and responses to regulatory queries.

· Assist in updating AML/CFT policies and monitoring regulatory developments.

· Provide compliance support to the Operations and Business Development teams.

Requirements

· Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Law, Accountancy or a related discipline.

· At least 1 year of relevant experience in compliance, AML/CFT, KYC or transaction monitoring.

· Experience in payment services, remittance, fintech or banking is preferred.

· Familiarity with Singapore’s AML/CFT requirements is advantageous.

· Good analytical skills, attention to detail and sound judgement.

· Able to communicate effectively in spoken English and Mandarin, as the role involves communicating with English- and Mandarin-speaking customers and counterparties.

· Able to work independently in a small, hands-on team.
