Job Description

Monitor and maintain records of construction materials and stock inventory.

Receive, check, and record incoming materials and deliveries.

Issue materials to site personnel according to approved requests.

Maintain stock movement reports and ensure inventory accuracy.

Coordinate with suppliers, the procurement team, and the project site.

Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Prepare inventory and material usage reports for management.

Ensure proper storage and housekeeping of materials.

Assist in monitoring material shortages and arranging replenishment.

Follow company safety and documentation procedures.

Requirements

Experience in construction / warehouse / inventory controlpreferred

Familiarity with Excel, inventory systems, and ERP is an advantage

Good communication and coordination skills

Able to work independently and under pressure

Knowledge of construction materials is preferred

Attention to details and good recordkeeping

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in carrying out compliance monitoring reviews across departments and projects, including procurement, subcontract management, contract administration, project documentation, payment procedures and internal approval workflows.
2. Support process walkthroughs, document reviews and basic control testing to identify compliance gaps, operational risks and areas for improvement.
3. Follow up with relevant departments and projects on corrective actions, internal review observations and management action plans.
4. Prepare compliance monitoring reports, risk assessment summaries, meeting materials and follow-up records for management review.
5. Collect, organise and analyse operational, financial and compliance-related data to support risk identification and compliance monitoring work.
6. Assist in reviewing supplier, subcontractor and stakeholder-related documents to identify potential compliance, conflict of interest or business integrity risks.
7. Support the implementation of company policies, internal control requirements and compliance procedures across departments and projects.
8. Liaise with internal departments, project teams and headquarters where necessary on compliance reporting, policy implementation and follow-up matters.
9. Maintain proper records of compliance reviews, risk assessments, supporting documents and rectification progress.
10. Support other internal control, risk management, governance and compliance-related assignments as required.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Risk Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, International Trade, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
2. Academic background or internship experience in enterprise risk management, operational risk, internal control, audit, compliance, finance, consulting or business process review will be preferred.
3. Basic understanding of risk assessment, process review, control testing, compliance documentation and internal control procedures.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to organise data, identify issues and prepare clear reports.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Python, Stata, R, SAS, Matlab or other data analysis tools will be an advantage.
6. Good written and spoken English communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage for coordination with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and review of group policy documents.
7. Familiarity with corporate governance, business ethics, anti-bribery, conflict of interest management, third-party risk review, Singapore regulatory requirements or PRC corporate compliance practices will be an advantage.
8. Detail-oriented, organised and able to follow up on multiple tasks with guidance.
9. Able to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
10. High level of integrity, confidentiality and professional judgement.

Oversee and manage QA/QC activities for workshopfabrication, structural steel works, welding, and site installation.

Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with approveddrawings, specifications, codes, and project quality requirements.

Perform visual welding inspections and verify compliancewith approved WPS, PQR, and relevant standards.

Monitor fabrication activities in the workshop to ensureworkmanship and dimensional accuracy meet project requirements.

Manage material receiving inspections, material control,identification, and traceability throughout the fabrication and constructionprocess.

Maintain complete material traceability records, includingMill Test Certificates (MTCs), inspection records, and material trackingdocuments from procurement to final installation.

Coordinate and witness NDT activities and ensure allinspection and testing requirements are properly executed and documented.

Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspectionreports, material records, NCRs, and project quality dossiers.

Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers,and project teams on quality-related matters.

Ensure quality requirements are implemented and maintainedfrom project start-up to project handover and completion.

Review Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements,quality procedures, and related project documentation
