JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Online Quality Checking (Metal Detector, Cooker, Pasteurizer, Steamer)
• Online Finished Product Testing
• Monthly Verification of CCP (Critical Control Point)
• Online Verification Sampling for Microbial Analysis
• Internal Calibration of Weighing Scales
• Verification on goods return
• Handle Customers’ Complaint
• Conduct routine physical, chemical, sensory and other analyses accordingly.
• Take appropriate decisions for rework of material based on historical trend and in consultation with seniors
• Raise non-conformation for quality deviations of Raw Material/Finished Goods and follow up with proper closure of corrective and preventive action
• Initiate actions to investigate customer complaint in consultation with relevant team members
• Collect comprehensive evidence/crucial data, provide sound reasoning and propose possible root cause for customer complaints and internal rejection
• Maintain up-to-date quality control programs, policies, process workflows, procedures and work instructions

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Degree in Food Science preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant experience for Senior position
• Experienced and passionate in Continuous Improvement
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Good Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (HACCP, BRC, ISO 22000)
• Good Communication, Organizational and Analytical Skills
• Strong ability to work well in a team and independently

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Oversight: Develop and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project-specific quality standards.
2. Defect Management: Investigate the root causes of defective mechanical parts or assemblies, manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and enforce corrective/preventive actions.

3.Compliance & Auditing: Enforce local/international regulatory codes and oversee internal Quality Management System (QMS) audits.

4.Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with clients, consultants, and procurement teams to establish quality standards for parts, raw materials, and subcontractors.

5.Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise quality engineers, inspectors, and manufacturing staffs.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related building services or manufacturing discipline.

2.Experience: Typically 5 to 10+ years of QA/QC experience (with a significant focus on mechanical systems), including at least 3 to 5 years in a managerial role.

3.Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles, fabrication processes, inspections, and systems.

4.Certifications: Professional credentials like an Six Sigma certification, or ISO lead auditor status are highly preferred.

5.Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively relay technical and program information to senior management and external clients,

• Provide quality assurance support across construction and project sites.
• Review and manage non-conforming work and materials, including disposition and corrective actions.
• Supervise and guide a team of Quality Inspectors to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions using standard quality tools.
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.
• Monitor, review, and analyse quality performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant construction standards, regulations, and company quality procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives across projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Quality) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Quality Assurance experience, preferably in the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, inspection standards, and documentation.
• Experience with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., root cause analysis, corrective actions).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organised with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

·      Lead and supervise Quality Inspectors to ensureproduct quality, inspection standards, and production targets are achieved.

·      Monitor quality activities across IQC, Assembly,Rack Build, Repair, Final QC, and Pack Out processes.

·      Support daily quality operations, including QCreporting, handover reports, and quality documentation.

·      Provide training, coaching, and cross-trainingto enhance team performance and quality awareness.

·      Collaborate with Production, QualityEngineering, and cross-functional teams on new product introductions, reworkactivities, ESD control, and continuo improvement initiatives.

·      Ensure compliance with company procedures,safety requirements, ISO standards, and 5S practices.

·      Perform any other duties assigned by management.

·      Work on rotating shifts as required (mandatory).

Requirements

·      Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in amanufacturing, quality, or production environment.

Job Summary

The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and food safety activities in the food production facility. This role ensures that products meet company quality standards, customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System (FSMS) standards. The supervisor monitors production processes, hygiene practices, documentation, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe and high-quality food products are consistently produced.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily quality inspections for raw materials, processing, packaging, and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with product specifications, sensory standards, and food safety requirements.
• Conduct routine checks on product appearance, texture, moisture content, weight, labeling, and packaging integrity.
• Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and Operational Prerequisite Programs (OPRPs) during production.
• Review and verify production records, batch records, and quality reports.
• Investigate product non-conformities, customer complaints, and quality incidents.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
• Coordinate product sampling and laboratory testing when required.
• Ensure full compliance with ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System requirements.
• Maintain and monitor HACCP plans, hazard analysis, and risk assessments for food production processes.
• Ensure food safety documentation, SOPs, work instructions, and records are properly maintained and updated.
• Conduct internal audits and assist during external audits, certification audits, and regulatory inspections.
• Monitor traceability and product recall procedures to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Verify sanitation, cleaning, and pest control programs are effectively implemented.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to food safety, hygiene, and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with Production Manager to ensure production processes meet quality and food safety standards.
• Monitor processing parameters such as packaging conditions.
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of measuring and inspection equipment.
• Assist in optimizing production efficiency while maintaining product quality standards.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Quality Assurance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in food manufacturing quality control or food safety management.
• Experience in food production is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and food safety audits.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and ISO 22000 standards.
• Familiarity with HACCP principles and CCP monitoring.

Job Description
