Job Description

Monitor and maintain records of construction materials and stock inventory.

Receive, check, and record incoming materials and deliveries.

Issue materials to site personnel according to approved requests.

Maintain stock movement reports and ensure inventory accuracy.

Coordinate with suppliers, the procurement team, and the project site.

Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Prepare inventory and material usage reports for management.

Ensure proper storage and housekeeping of materials.

Assist in monitoring material shortages and arranging replenishment.

Follow company safety and documentation procedures.

Requirements

Experience in construction / warehouse / inventory controlpreferred

Familiarity with Excel, inventory systems, and ERP is an advantage

Good communication and coordination skills

Able to work independently and under pressure

Knowledge of construction materials is preferred

Attention to details and good recordkeeping

1. QC Clerk (Office Hour) Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm /Up to $3,000

• Handling quality documents, test reports, and data entry.

• Assisting technicians in auditing products or raw materials.

• Supporting quality control activities in production areas

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Photocopy and distribute documents as necessary

·       Locate and extract file information as requested

·       Maintain various internal records and produce reports summarizing data as required from time to

time

·       Enter file data onto a computer and other storage media as necessary

·       Maintain an indexing and cross-referencing system

·       Maintain daily usage of QC department gloves, finger cots, hair nets & face masks

·       Maintain inventory of QC cleanroom smocks and shoes

·       Maintain inventory of QC forms, labels & stickers

·       Assist QC Supervisor on smock & shoes cleaning schedule

·       Perform any other related duties assigned by your immediate supervisor

Minimum Job Requirements:  

·        Secondary education or equivalent

·       PC Literacy (Word / Excel / Power point / Internet /Others)

Job description

·        Maintain and update quality documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, forms, and laboratory data into the computer system.

·        Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, document filing, and the distribution of materials.

·        Support the laboratory by sourcing and procuring supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels of essential media, reagents, and consumables.

·        Assist in maintaining up-to-date specifications and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all media and reagents.

·        Collaborate with the Quality Systems department to manage and distribute ISO and Food Safety documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

·        Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification.

·        At least 2 years of relevant administrative or laboratory support experience.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in liaising with suppliers.
