JOB SUMMARY:  

The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all mechanical components, welding and fabrication activities, painting/coating and site installation processes meet project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. The role also requires close coordination with project teams, sub-vendors, third parties, and clients to identify, address, and close out quality issues, ensuring compliance and full traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Major responsibilities for ensuring that mechanical components, systems, and fabrication activities meet project specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards. This includes the preparation and control of QA/QC documentation, implementation and oversight of inspection and testing activities, execution of inspections and audits, and review of contractor and supplier submissions.

Painting/Coating:

• Review painting/coating specifications and procedures.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Test Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Test Engineer with a strong background in software quality assurance and Agile delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving test strategies across the development life cycle to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and secure software products.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Engineering& Test Design

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases across the Agile development life cycle.
• Create and execute test cases based on acceptance criteria to ensure features meet defined quality standards.

Testing &Automation

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using relevant tools and frameworks.
• Perform both manual and automated testing across functional, integration, system, and UAT phases.

Defect Management

Agile Collaboration

Documentation &Reporting

• Maintain clear, structured, and audit-ready test documentation, including test plans, cases, and execution logs.
• Produce detailed and concise defect reports with strong attention to detail.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance within Agile environments.
• Strong proficiency in both manual and automated testing, including unit, integration, system, and UAT testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent collaboration skills with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.

Job Summary:

The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and regulatory compliance of medical devices throughout the manufacturing process.
