Get to Know the Role

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Associate Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of outgoing products within high-volume manufacturing environments, in alignment with specifications and quality standards. This role is essential in verifying that all products meet customer requirements, internal benchmarks, and regulatory obligations before shipment. As a Senior/Principal Quality Engineer, you will serve as a senior technical leader for manufacturing quality in a complex, precision manufacturing environment. Quality System

Customer Complaints Management

1. CCAR Manager. Manage the customer complaints handling process to ensure that all complaints are logged with right information for investigation till auditing process

3. Review interim CCAR reports to ensure that root cause is data driven and corrective action(s) address the root cause

Supplier Complaints Management

1. SCAR Manager. Approve SCAR – Supplier related complaints and defects, review and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions

2. Collaborate with Procurement, Supplier and internal stakeholders to investigate issues and resolution

3. Collaborate with Procurement, Operation and Technology to assess risk and quality impact of raw material on finished goods

Global Quality Team Collaboration

Support Quality Contracts/Documentation

1. Review customer documents and quality related agreements for compliances to ensure clauses are relevant, assess the risks.

1. Conduct training for staff in Quality Procedure, Standards and Tools.

· Degree or equivalent experience in a field of study such as chemistry, business, accounting, engineering, etc.

. Have knowledge of chemical production process in manufacturing environment

· Certificate in Quality Engineering is preferred. 6 Sigma certified will be at advantage

· 2-6 years of quality management experience.

The Quality Control (QC) Technician's primary duty is to ensure that a quality product is produced within a controlled environment. This role is engaged in different testing methodologies, ranging from molecular biology to the latest analytical chemistry techniques. He/She performs annual and quarterly physical inspection and the staging of QC materials and/or production raw materials. He/She will also oversee the necessary documentation, including logbooks, test requests preparation and sample distribution. In addition, he/she will be responsible for managing the inventory levels of the assigned area as well as discarding old samples and hazardous waste from the laboratory and perform housekeeping tasks.
