HAID BIOTECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our new startup team in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet established standards of quality, reliability, and performance by monitoring and auditing all phases of the production process.
品管Quality Control Inspector
一、来料检验职责Incoming Material Inspection
按照检验标准对供应商来料进行外观、细度、性能等检查。
Perform inspections on supplier materials according to established standards, including appearance, fineness, and performance.
对不合格物料进行标识、隔离、记录并及时反馈采购与供应商。
Identify, isolate, and record non-conforming materials, providing timely feedback to Procurement and suppliers.
统计来料不良率，参与供应商质量评估与改善。
Calculate and track the incoming defect rate, and participate in supplier quality evaluation and improvement initiatives.
对检验工具（卡尺、振筛等）进行日常保养与校验状态确认。
Conduct daily maintenance and verify the calibration status of inspection tools (e.g., calipers, vibrating sieves).
二、制程检验职责 In-Process Inspection
按检验计划对生产过程进行首件、巡检、抽检。
Execute first-article, patrol, and sampling inspections based on the inspection plan for the production process.
监督生产按作业指导书、工艺流程执行，发现异常及时制止并上报。
Monitor production to ensure adherence to Work Instructions and process workflows; halt and report any irregularities immediately.
跟踪制程问题的改善过程，确认改善措施的有效性。
Follow up on the correction of process issues and verify the effectiveness of improvement measures.
记录并统计制程不良数据，为工艺优化提供依据。
Record and compile data on in-process defects to provide basis for process optimization.
对关键工序的关键参数进行监控，确保过程稳定。
Monitor key parameters in critical processes to ensure operational stability.
三、成品检验职责Final Product Inspection
按出货标准对成品进行外观、性能等检查。
Inspect finished products for appearance and performance against shipping standards.
对不合格品进行判定、隔离及处理（返工/报废）。
Judge, isolate, and disposition non-conforming products (for rework or scrap).
确保所有出货批次具备完整的检验记录。
Ensure complete inspection records are available for all outgoing batches.
与生产、仓库沟通，避免不良品流入客户。
Liaise with Production and Warehouse to prevent defective products from reaching the customer.
四、质量异常处理 Quality Exception Handling
发现质量异常及时报告并推动异常分析。
Report quality anomalies promptly and drive root cause analysis.
跟进纠正预防措施的落实与验证。
Follow up on the implementation and verification of corrective and preventive actions.
协助组织质量会议，推动跨部门改善。
Assist in organizing quality meetings and driving cross-departmental improvements.
五、质量文件与记录维护 Quality Documentation & Record Maintenance
负责检验记录、检验报告的填写、整理与归档。
Complete, organize, and archive all inspection records and reports.
维护检验标准、作业指导书等质量相关文件。
Maintain quality-related documents such as inspection standards and work instructions.
协助编制和更新检验规范与SOP。
Assist in the compilation and updating of inspection specifications and SOPs.
六、设备与环境管理 Equipment & Environment Management
负责使用的检验设备的日常点检与维护。
Perform daily spot checks and maintenance on assigned inspection equipment.
确保检验区域的 6S 管理符合要求。
Ensure the 6S management standards are met in the inspection area.
协助设备校准与外部计量机构联系。
Assist with equipment calibration and liaise with external metrology agencies.
七、培训与沟通Training & Communication
对新员工进行质量意识、检验标准的培训。
Conduct training on quality awareness and inspection standards for new employees.
与生产、购销等部门沟通质量问题与改善计划。
Communicate quality issues and improvement plans with Production, Purchasing, and Sales departments.
参与客户投诉问题的调查与回复资料准备。
Participate in the investigation of customer complaints and assist in preparing response reports.
Requirements:
· Diploma or higher in Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical, or a related field.
· At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role with proven experience.
· Good command of both verbal and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking business associates.
· Able to start immediately or with a short notice period preferred.
· Only Singaporeans/PRs may apply.
