Position Overview

The Senior QA Engineer will define and oversee the end-to-end testing strategy for Rakuten’s core data and AI products. You will lead a team of QA engineers and collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and data engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable releases.

Responsibilities:

- Own the overall QA strategy for Customer DNA and related platforms (Deep CDNA, Marketing Concierge, etc.).

As a member of the operations team in one of the various laboratories across Element, the Associate Test Technician position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under direct supervision.

The technician positions must be proficient in a number of core business skills including but not limited to compliance to established safety rules, code of conduct, and company policies and procedures.
