Key Responsibilities

• Quality Control (QC):

  • Oversee the entire quality control process for incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure they meet stringent internal specifications and external regulatory requirements.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

  • Lead internal and external quality audits, managing non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensuring timely and effective closure of corrective actions.

  • Establish and monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in product quality and process efficiency.

  • Collaborate closely with production, procurement, and R&D teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.

• General:

  • Prepare and present regular HSE and QC performance reports to management, supporting data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Liaise with external regulatory bodies, certification agencies, and customers on all HSE and quality matters.

  • Manage work cover, return-to-work programs, and workers' compensation cases in coordination with HR.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in a combined HSE and Quality Control management role, preferably within a manufacturing, chemical, or construction materials environment.

• Certifications: Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, Registered WSH Officer, ISO 9001/14001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent.

• Degree holder with over 7 years of regulatory compliance experience in the asset management sector; Experience and exposure in investment funds (e.g., UCITS Luxembourg SICAV or Variable Capital Companies) preferred but not essential.

• Ability to work independently with clients, demonstrating proactivity and self-management.

• Industry experience in the banking domain is advantageous.
• Familiarity with programming languages and SQL to support defect triaging and automation efforts.
• Exposure to scripting languages used in test automation.

• Oversee overall quality and safety of food products at Central Kitchen

• Ensure that food products meet standards set by company and regulatory bodies

• Develop and review quality and safety policies

• Conduct and manage regular inspections and audits

• To maintain and improve existing quality control procedures

• Conduct investigations on customers’ feedback

• Validate that all products were made in compliance with established QA protocol

• Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to

• Monitor quality standards of products

• Ensure that all activities conform to HACCP & AVA/NEA guidelines

• Supervise and oversee all quality assurance matters

• Product and process development

• Assist in all areas of R&D, product and process development, food tasting
