They are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee financial strategy, reporting, and performance for their expanding industrial property portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee regulatory reporting and filings with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), including annual financial returns (Forms 1–5), CMS licence declarations, and timely notification of changes in regulatory particulars.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with REIT regulations under the Code on Collective Investment Schemes, including leverage limits, investment restrictions, and distribution requirements.
• Monitor and manage Interested Person Transactions (IPTs), ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, valuation processes, and disclosure obligations.
