We are looking for an experienced Senior Control and Software Engineer to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of advanced control systems and embedded software for next-generation Solid State Transformers (SST), high-power grid-tied inverters, and large-scale renewable energy integration platforms.

You will drive technical innovation in medium- and high-voltage power electronics for applications including data center electrification, utility-scale renewables, microgrids, EV charging infrastructure, and smart grid systems. Key Responsibilities

Job Description

• Manage and sustain PVD sputtering processes in manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Thin film ( CVD & PVD ) processes and tools an added advantage.
• Perform analysis and characterize processes and equipment systems to maintain and control process parameters through SPC/ FDC.
• Involve in continuous improvement projects to improve the process robustness, reliability and productivity.
• Work closely with module process owners and Fab quality engineers to achieve robust process control through SPC, CLM, FMEA, 8D methodology, defectivity sampling, wafer fab yield improvement projects, test wafer management, etc.
