Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE / Quality Control Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in overseeing and integrating our Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE), and Quality Control (QC) functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust management systems to ensure a safe, compliant, and high-quality work environment. Key Responsibilities

• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE policies and procedures in full compliance with Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and other relevant regulations.

  • Conduct regular risk assessments, hazard identifications, and job safety analyses (JSA) for all manufacturing processes, warehouse activities, and office environments.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in a combined HSE and Quality Control management role, preferably within a manufacturing, chemical, or construction materials environment.

• Certifications: Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, Registered WSH Officer, ISO 9001/14001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent.
