• Plan, coordinate and oversee all Quality Assurance activities in the Company
• Oversee the Documentation Control function for Quality Management System
• Act as the Quality Management Representative for the Company
• Develop and implement plans to collect quality data at in-process, final inspection, test and inspection stations
• Plan and execute annual Internal Audit to ensure all quality systems and procedures are effectively implemented and auditable at all times
• Manage first article inspections and sample evaluation activities
• Develop and implement system for receipt and processing of complaints and recall of products
• Participate in all new Projects, including giving inputs from quality perspectives, performing PFMEA etc
• Implement and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 13485 QMS, and ISO 14001 EMS compliance

job requirement

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Manufacturing background from plastics injection medtech manufacturing environment
• High volume manufacturing environment
• Must possess ISO13485 certification

Responsibilities:

. Manage, maintain and continually improve the existing ISO 9001 / 14001 QMS, 13485 EMS and Business Excellence

(SQC)

. Scheduling and monitoring of QC Daily Inspection Work Plan.

· Responsible on the Corrective and Preventive Action relating to customer complaint.

· Responsible for generating of Work Instruction which deem required for Guiding QA Op.

· Ensure QA activities and operation is according to written procedures.

. Responsible for ensuring the completeness and free of error for OQC Inspection Report and First Article.

. Carry out the duty of Internal Auditor during QMS and EMS internal audit.

· Ensure QA/QC outgoing output is met to achieve production on time delivery

. Monitor and Evaluate Supplier Performance

. Coordinate with internal teams on investigation of customer complaint on product quality and internal non-

conformance, including corrective actions.

. Provide timely response to customer on quality matters including product quality complaint.

· Review on non-conformances & approve disposition actions.

. Handle customer claims, quality issues. Follow up closely with customers and the relevant department on all non-

conformances reports.

. Responsible for liaising with customers and suppliers on non-conformance activities as well as performing root

cause analysis and determining of the effective corrective actions to reduce or eliminate the cost of poor quality.

Requirements

. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate

Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering / Quality Assurance Engineering (Others) or equivalent.

. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

. Preferably Manager specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal/risk requirements, NDAs, and liability control.
• Review proposed contracts, flag unacceptable risks, draft changes, and negotiate with clients.
• Assist bid leaders with risk/opportunity analysis and develop contract strategies & mitigation plans.
• Produce a "Rights and Obligations Summary" for each project to guide entitlement protection.
• Provide commercial advice at kick-off meetings and support subcontract selection/negotiation.
• Handle variations, time extensions, claims, amendments, and dispute resolution.
• Implement change control protocols, audit performance, manage legal support, and escalate major claims.
• Verify contract compliance, document lessons learned, and manage budgeting, claims, payments, and documentation.
• Promote quality, innovation, and best practices in commercial operations.
• Market company, build internal/external relationships, promote group cooperation, and monitor regional project risks/opportunities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
• Postgraduate in construction law (desired).
• 10 - 12 years in engineering or construction industry.
• Assess and prioritize construction project risks.
• Proactively influence engineers on commercial best practices.
• Clear written and verbal communication and presentation.
• Strong relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze contractual/legal issues and solve problems.
• Work independently with sound commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
