Responsibilities

• Check incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Perform inspections, rework, repairs, and take photos of defective items.

• Support quality improvement activities to meet company quality goals.

• Ensure supplier invoices and quality control records are accurate and properly entered into the system.

• Ensure proper control, issuance, archival, and retrieval of controlled documents (e.g. SOPs, batch records, logbooks)

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Science, Pharmacy, Engineering or related fields
• Prior experience in GMP / document control environment preferred
• Familiar with documentation management systems and lifecycle processes
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
• Good team player with strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
