SOX 404 Compliance & Implementation

• Lead the design, documentation, and implementation of SOX 404-compliant internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR)

• Develop comprehensive process documentation, including risk control matrices (RCMs), flowcharts, and control descriptions

• Execute management's assessment of internal control effectiveness in accordance with SEC and PCAOB requirements

• Coordinate external auditor SOX 404 testing and manage remediation of identified deficiencies

IPO Readiness Support

• Support the Company's U.S. listing preparation by ensuring timely establishment of IPO-ready internal control environment

• Align internal control framework with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and PCAOB auditing standards

• Collaborate with legal, finance, and business teams to address control gaps identified during IPO readiness assessments

• Prepare SOX-related disclosures for registration statements and periodic SEC filings

Risk Assessment & Control Optimization

• Conduct annual fraud risk assessments and entity-level control evaluations

• Identify key financial reporting risks and design preventive and detective controls

• Monitor control operating effectiveness through ongoing testing and continuous auditing techniques

• Drive automation of controls and implementation of data analytics for control monitoring

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with process owners across business units to embed control consciousness into daily operations

• Provide SOX 404 training and guidance to finance and operational teams

• Serve as primary contact for external auditors on ICFR matters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with CPA, CIA, or CISA certification preferred.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in internal control, internal audit, or external audit, preferably with a Big 4 background.

• Hands-on experience with SOX 404 compliance is essential, including involvement in first-year implementation or remediation projects. Prior direct experience in U.S. IPO or SEC reporting readiness is highly desirable.

• Strong technical proficiency in U.S. GAAP, PCAOB standards, and the COSO 2013 Framework, as well as practical experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite and data analytics tools.

• Industry-specific experience in semiconductor is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner process owners to track and close out internal audit recommendations, ensuring timely implementation.

• Conduct internal control reviews for ad-hoc projects and assignments.

• Maintain and update Group policies/procedure manuals before rolling out to staff.

• Monitor compliance with applicable local rules and regulatory requirements (e.g., URA, SGX, etc.).

• Lead the Business Continuity Management (BCM) project/programe.

Based inSingapore, the QA Engineer (Intern) is responsible for ensuring the web &mobile applications are robust, conform to specifications, void of bugs, and usableto the end users.

What will you do

• Work closely with the software engineering team to ensure high quality across web and mobile applications.
• Develop, document, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases based on project requirements.
• Identify, record, and track bugs using industry-standard tools.
• Participate in design sessions and technical discussions to advocate for quality early in the development cycle.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive quality assurance reviews of internal audit engagements, covering planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases.
• Demonstrates knowledge in the application of the Risk Control Matrix (RCM) to identify, assess, and document key risks in business processes, and evaluate the design and operational effectiveness of controls.
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of audit methodologies, tools, and practices, recommending enhancements as necessary.
• Participate and support both ongoing internal assessments and periodic external assessments of the internal audit function, in line with IIA requirements.
• Support the preparation of quality assurance review reports, including findings, root cause analysis, and actionable recommendations, to Global Quality Assurance, Head of APAC Internal Audit Department, and Chief Audit Executive (CAE).

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience within internal audit in the financial services industry, or with an external audit firm, is preferred. At least 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CAMS, CA, CPA, CISA, CISM, or equivalent, is preferred.
• Experience in internal audit, quality assurance, and knowledge of risk management frameworks, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrates the ability to analyze emerging risk trends, and familiarity with regulatory compliance (i.e., JFSA, MAS, HKMA, RBI) and risk management frameworks.

Role Summary 
As a Power Electronics Control Intern, you will contribute to the design, modeling, analysis, and validation of advanced power conversion systems, including AC-DC and DC-DC converters used in low-voltage and medium-voltage applications. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real-world power electronics development, with an emphasis on control systems, system-level behavior, and laboratory validation. You will work closely with experienced power electronics, firmware, and system engineers, contributing through analysis, simulation, implementation support, and experimental evaluation of advanced power converters under technical guidance.

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in modeling and analysis of power converters and control loops using control-oriented 
  techniques. 

• Support development and evaluation of control strategies for AC-DC and DC-DC power converters. 

• Help characterize system behavior, including stability, transient response, and operating limits. 

• Participate in laboratory testing, debugging, and validation of power electronics hardware. 

• Support data collection, analysis, and documentation of experimental results. 

• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and system engineers on power electronics

• Contribute to simulation and modeling activities using industry-standard tools.

Qualifications:
