Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and driven Test Engineer who thrives on complex system integration challenges. In this role, you will go beyond test execution. You will help architect, develop, and automate the testing framework for our next-generation e-payment ecosystem, playing a key role in shaping the future of digital finance.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the end-to-end testing activities of an integrated e[1]payment system;
• Carry out the activities in the testing lifecycle including test planning, analyzing business and system requirements;
• Designing and developing the test cases and procedures or test automation solution;
• Preparing the test environment;
• Executing the test procedures;
• Logging and tracking defects to closure; and
• Conducting test reviews with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Recognised degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Engineering with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in executing testing or developing test automation solution involving devices (UI-based or embedded) and/or back-office systems;
• Possess a strong interest and self-motivation to carry out testing with the objective to contribute towards a better quality software/system;
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Able to work well both independently as well as in a team;
• Familiarity with the full system development lifecycle from requirement, development, to testing and deployment;
• Relevant experience and competence with the tools used for test management, configuration management and defect tracking;
• Familiarity with database administration;
• Certification in software testing;
• Experience in micro-payment or Automatic Fare Collection systems using Smart Card; and
• Skilled in executing testing or developing test automation solution, he/she shall also possess either one of these sets of skills: Either
• i. Good capability in developing effective test cases and procedures from analysing business requirements and system use cases; and
• ii. Competent in executing testing activities (including System Testing, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing) which include preparation of the test environment, test execution, recording of test results, conducting of test reviews with both internal and external stakeholders, to logging of and following up on defects to closure.
• Or/And
• i. Competent and having a keen interest in software development, particularly in the area of test automation;
• ii. Relevant experience and competence with at least one test automation tool, to develop test automation application and scripts; and
• iii. Good capability in developing design documents and user manuals which could effectively describe and provide clear instructions on the test automation solution to the end users who include testers and stakeholders.

This role is responsible for safeguarding MSIG’s business, employee, and customer data across our business units (BUs) in Asia, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and both group and local policies. It monitors the regional outsourcing framework and controls, supporting the Head of Compliance & Information Security as Data Protection Officer under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) for the MSIG Asia entity. Additionally, this role supports the Compliance function as part of the second line of defence by promoting awareness and embedding a strong culture of compliance and ethical practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual information security action plan in collaboration with the cybersecurity team
• Develop, maintain, and support a robust incident reporting and tracking system, and regularly review, monitor, and report on corrective and improvement measures
• Monitor and advise on the effectiveness of information security workflows and controls
• Manage information security projects across Asia, including automation initiatives
• Monitor, advise, and support outsourcing activities across our BUs in Asia, and manage outsourcing requirements for the MSIG Asia entity
• Conduct annual on-site reviews of our BUs in Asia
• Support the Head of Compliance & Information Security as Data Protection Officer under Singapore’s PDPA for MSIG Asia entity, including ensuring compliance, promoting a culture of data protection by communicating the policies, managing related queries and complaints, and liaising with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) as required
• Report to the Board and management on compliance with applicable laws, regulations and both group and local information security and outsourcing policies and risks
• Review, update, and maintain regional information security and outsourcing Policies, Regulations, and Guidelines (PRGs) to ensure alignment with applicable laws, regulations and both group and local policies
• Enhance information security awareness by developing training tools and materials
• Design, develop, enhance, implement, and maintain compliance and information security automated / digitalised workflow management and reporting applications
• Manage periodic reporting tools for regional monitoring, and consolidate results
• Prepare reports and documents for internal committee meetings
• Support the Compliance team on: (1) Assessing, identifying, and mitigating risks from Compliance Risk Assessments (CRA), Yearly Checklists (YCL), and Fraud Risk Assessments (FRA); (2) Identify, develop, and share best practices in compliance, fraud prevention, and internal controls, (3) Reviewing, monitoring, and reporting on corrective and improvement measures for compliance audits, self-check issues, fraud/DUA incidents, regulatory sanctions and fines, and AML/CFT/Sanction suspicious transactions

Requirements

• Degree holder
• Professional certifications such as Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and/or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are preferred
• Minimum three years of experience in information security, including regional strategy and planning, risk management and analysis, regulatory and operational compliance, and governance
• Experience in compliance
• Preferably at least two years of experience in a middle management role
• Experience in project management

Role Summary

We are hiring a Robotics QA Engineer to establish and run end-to-end quality practices for real-world robotics systems deployed in public and shared spaces. You will validate robotic autonomy(navigation/localization), manipulation behaviors, human robot interaction, and AI perception and agent components - ensuring releases are safe, reliable, and measurable across hardware and environments.

This role requires both breadth (robotics +AI + systems) and depth (building repeatable test methods, automation, and rigorous acceptance criteria). You will work closely with robotics engineers, AI engineers, and deployment teams.

Responsibilities

Test strategy and quality ownership

• Define a comprehensive test strategy across simulation, lab, and field environments.
• Establish release gates and acceptance criteria for autonomy, manipulation, robotics behaviour, and AI model updates.
• Own defect triage workflow: reproduce issues, isolate root causes with logs/telemetry, and drive closure.

Robotics validation and test engineering

• Navigation, Manipulation，Human Robot Interaction: Design and execute test scenarios, and task success metrics; build test datasets; validate safety behaviours; establish repeatable site-acceptance checklists and regression suites.
• AI/ML models and Agents: Define evaluation protocols; validate agent/planner behavior; support model release governance.

Automation and tooling

• Build automated test harnesses, CI-integrated regression tests, and reproducible test environments.
• Develop tooling for log capture, event replay, labelling for failure analysis, and metrics dashboards.

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in QA/test engineering for autonomous systems, embedded systems, or AI-heavy products.
• Strong understanding of autonomous systems and failure modes: sensors, localization, navigation, motion control, and safety behavior.
• Hands-on experience building test automation in Python and/or C++.
• Proven ability to design rigorous test plans to debug cross-disciplinary issues.
• Experience with Linux environments, networking basics, and hardware integration troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills: can write precise test reports and collaborate effectively with engineers.

Preferred qualifications
