Job Responsibilities

· Support supplier sourcing activities, including identifying and evaluating suppliers for fabrication, integration, and contract manufacturing services in alignment with business needs.

· Assist in supplier qualification and development to ensure reliable supply and meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

· Participate in cost analysis and negotiation with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing for materials and services.

· Support the preparation and execution of commercial agreements and purchase terms with suppliers.

· Work closely with Engineering and Quality teams to define specifications, ensure compliance with quality standards, and support supplier quality improvement initiatives.

· Contribute to cost-saving and cost-reduction initiatives, including value engineering and continuous improvement activities.

· Support implementation of operational excellence initiatives such as GEMBA, Kaizen, and VAVE programs.

· Maintain accurate procurement data and support planning activities using systems such as SAP and MRP.

· Build and maintain good working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain within manufacturing environments (ODM/OEM/CM) preferred

· Diploma holders with at least 3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

· Basic knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and cost analysis.

· Familiarity with ERP is an advantage.

· Good interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills

· A proactive team player with willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

• Reads tender documents and conduct sourcing according to the project agreed specifications and requirements.
• Preparation of bid analysis, purchase orders and tracking of the equipment, materials and services procured.
• Co-ordinate between suppliers and internal departments/project teams to ensure specifications are met and in compliance with client requirements.
• Responsible for the performance of vendors, procurement planning, product quality and timely delivery

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive with experience in the water industry to support the Company’s purchasing operations. The role involves supplier evaluation, sourcing, negotiation, purchase order management, and close coordination with project and service teams to ensure timely and compliant procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate suppliers regularly to ensure approved vendors can meet the Company’s purchasing requirements, particularly for water treatment equipment, materials, services, logistics, and supply chain support.
• Obtain quotations and negotiate contracts, commercial terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers, vendors, contractors, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
• Generate and issue Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers, vendors, and contractors in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor Purchase Order delivery status, shipment schedules, and logistics arrangements, while liaising with colleagues on procurement progress and updates.
• Coordinate import/export shipments, freight arrangements, customs clearance, and delivery schedules to ensure timely material availability for projects and service activities.
• Maintain accurate procurement, logistics, and shipment records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Liaise with project and service teams on procurement-related issues, delivery timelines, shipment coordination, and technical requirements.
• Resolve procurement, logistics, and shipment discrepancies to support smooth project execution and operational continuity.
• Work closely with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize inventory availability, transportation efficiency, and cost control

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 2–3 years of procurement experience, preferably in the water industry

• Familiar with water treatment equipment, chemicals, spare parts, and subcontractor sourcing

• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills

• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
