Job Description:

You will be responsible for managing the organisation’s procurement activities in accordance with established policies, regulatory requirements, and Chartered Institute of Procurement and supply (CIPS) best-practice standards, working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver ethical, transparent, cost-effective, and timely outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including Approval of Requisitions (AOR), sourcing of quotations, and tender exercises, in accordance with the established procurement policies and regulatory requirements.

Export Sales Coordinator

The Export Sales Coordinator will work closely with the team manager to support the Export Sales team in managing and following up on sales activities for overseas markets.

About The Role

As a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Central Purchasing and Contract Management), you are required to be directly involved in contract transition activities, pricing setup, demand planning, central purchasing operations, and monitoring of stock health and supplier delivery performance. This role must be able to apply appropriate level of control levels to ensure consistency and reliability of supply assurance.
