Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items according to delivery orders and packing lists
• Sort and label goods accurately before dispatch
• Perform quality checks to ensure correct quantity and condition of items
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods
• Ensure proper wrapping and secure packing of products to prevent damage
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Conduct basic stock checks and report discrepancies
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company guidelines
• Support other warehouse duties as assigned

• Support internal stakeholders for all daily purchase request requirement and ensure purchase orders are issued timely to meet fleet operational demand;
• Provide timely advice to users when required and ensures procurement activities are conducted in an efficient manner with compliance to procedures;

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a procurement role, procuring technical spares and services for marine or offshore
• A good understanding of overall supply chain and procurement support for harbour craft and sea-going vessel will be an added advantage
